Here at New York Inter-Group we were on a roll, thanks to all of you. Online literature sales were greatly increasing (and still are), and we were overjoyed by the significant rise in recurring contributions. This robust support enables us to continue to provide the services groups in the Greater New York area have come to expect of us.
On May 13 NYIG suffered a blow to our ability to process recurring contributions. A policy of our credit card processor required the cancellation of all our subscribers as we replaced one guarantor with another. To ensure this never happens again, we now have changed to a different credit card processor, but this leaves us with many subscribers’ contributions we are unable to process without your individual help.
The solution is for those contributors whose subscriptions were canceled to resubscribe. Click on this link for the few simple steps that are needed to do so. If you are still having difficulty, the staff at NYIG will be happy to assist you.
